We are all from different ethnic backgrounds and I am all for free speech and all that but lately i have been wondering whether talking in vernacular especially in a multi ethnic work place should be banned.

We all complain about feeling alienated when people say or do things which we don’t understand but we forget and do the same thing we always complain about

I get irritated, because where i work, it is NOW GONE BEYOND CONTROL!  My

Colleague who sits next to me always discusses everything, IN VERNECULAR.

While I appreciate the diversity it makes one feel sidelined and I think the Government should come up with a policy on this. V.N
